At Elite Ludo, your satisfaction is important to us. If you encounter an issue with the services provided due to an error on our part, we are committed to issuing a refund, provided the issue is genuine and confirmed following our investigation. We strongly advise you to review the rules specific to each tournament before you register, as these rules detail the service you are purchasing. This Refund, Cancellation, and Return Policy operates as an integral part of our broader Terms and Conditions.

Here are the specifics of our policy regarding cancellations and refunds:

Cancellation and Participation Withdrawal

Should you need to request a cancellation, please reach out to us at support@eliteludo.com. Please be aware that once you have formally entered (registered for) a tournament, we generally do not permit cancellations. However, in rare and exceptional circumstances where an error originates from the payment gateway or is clearly attributable to our system, we will, upon your request, cancel your participation and process a refund within a reasonable timeframe.

If Elite Ludo initiates the cancellation of your participation in a tournament for reasons covered by this policy, the entry fee you paid will be refunded to you promptly. You can then use this credited amount to enter other available tournaments on the Elite Ludo platform.

Please note that Elite Ludo does not process cancellations under any other circumstances.

Refund Processing

We aim to provide a smooth and positive experience for all our users.

When a refund is issued for a payment originally made via credit card, the funds will be returned exclusively to that original credit card account. For payments processed through a payment gateway, the refund will be credited back to the exact same account from which the payment originated.

Once your refund has been approved and processed internally, the credited amount will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow typically between 4 to 7 business days for the credit to reflect in your account.
